The MakersClub, at the Eindhoven Library, is for children aged 7 till 13 years. Each week we bring an example of something you can make and you can also work on your own creative or technical projects too. We can make it great, together, guided by engaged educators of the library Eindhoven. In the MakersClub we speak both Dutch and English. This program aims to develop 21st century skills. And those experiences have never left me. Now, over a decade later, I’m preparing to run my 12th marathon — the 2026 London Marathon — and once again, I’ll be running as a St. Jude Hero. This isn’t just another race for me. This is a full-circle moment: representing an organization that has profoundly shaped my running journey, on one of the world’s most iconic stages. St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital is changing the way the world understands, treats, and defeats childhood cancer and other life-threatening diseases. And families never receive a bill — not for treatment, travel, housing, or food — because all a parent should worry about is helping their child live. I’ve set an ambitious goal: to raise $10,000 for the kids of St. Jude. Every mile I run — every early training morning, every sore step — is for them. Its the season for a reason! Williams Sonoma's "Local Community Action Team," is at it again! On behalf of the, "Buis Book Foundation," LCAT is looking to make this Holiday season brighter than ever before for several Georgia youth ranging in grades K-4. Our goal? Collect books for students to enjoy during their Holiday Break, who often times miss out on the Holiday Cheer so many experience, from poverty and limited resource. Since 2014 I have been raising money for the Children's Hospital of Colorado through an annual event known as Extra Life. Extra Life is an organization dedicated to raising money for children's hospitals around the nation through fundraising events. Over that time we have raised over $16,000, all of which have gone directly to the improvement of sick kids' lives. While everyone is encouraged to raise money anyway they want, the primary method most do is through a marathon livestream, where the participants play games! Whether it be video game, card games, table top games or others, people tune in to watch and even join in on the fun. These streams traditionally go for around 24 hours! I used to a 24 hour event every year, until I had a child, and now I can only do 16 or so! Which I will be doing live on November 1st, starting at 7am MST and going until at least midnight (or maybe even 1am). All the while we will having a rotating cast of interesting characters come by, we'll play games that even the audience can join in on, and most importantly, raise money! Saving Children from Slavery & Abuse in Ghana

Its Summer! This means, the 2025-2026 school year is upon us. For many families, this is a stressful time, especially for youth residing in NE Oklahoma City. Their primary struggles are food and shelter, with school shopping never being an exciting event because for many it never happens. This Summer, we aim to add a little joy to the fears and first day jitters, by providing students with backpacks filled with supplies, at no cost to them. We accomplish this by gathering school supplies such as backpacks, pencils, crayons, notepads and more. This Summer, we are also accepting donations through Bright funds, with all proceeds going directly to the "Sox of Love," and helping to provide school supplies for their upcoming event scheduled; August 16th 2025, 845am-1230pm, at the "Laundry Station Express," located at; 1538 NE 23rd St. Oklahoma City OK. Be sure to include your first/last name when making a donation.

The Campbell's Company Classic is a 3-on-3 charity basketball tournament that will be hosted at the Philadelphia 76ers' practice facility in Camden, NJ. The entry fee to play in the Campbell's Classic is a $35 donation. Donations will support local nonprofit Leveling the Playing Field. Donations will be matched at 50% as per the company's matching gift policy.
